Be warned…this new ad from the ever-controversial team at PETA surpasses all others when it comes to hilarity and boundaries pushed, and should be played with caution!

In honour of World Vegan Month, the shockingly spicy video, entitled ‘Stay Firm and Fresh’, features some super-sleazy looking male models enthusiastically gyrating their groins and proudly swinging some ‘healthy protrusions’ from their nether regions.

“A cucumber has never looked so good – or so wicked,” says the animal rights charity, who made the ad to highlight the sexual health benefits of going vegan.

While the team at Talent Management aren’t so sure PETA have made cucumbers, carrots or what looks like a butternut squash more appetising, we have to hand it to them, they sure do know how to get people talking.

Having uploaded the ad to Youtube on Halloween, the video has already attracted an influx of mixed reviews. One commenter says: “Too bad I’m only able to dislike this video once…” while another disagrees, saying: “to the vegetable stooooore!!”

Whether this leaves you rolling around the floor laughing or screwing your face up in disgust, PETA has once again succeeded in raising awareness of veganism.

If it’s done the trick for you and you’re left thinking of going vegan, then there are a few facts PETA would like you to know about… “The cholesterol in meat, eggs and dairy products can clog our arteries and slow the flow of blood to all the body’s organs – including those that are vital in bed. Vegan meals, on the other hand, contain no animal fat or cholesterol. Vegans are also, on average, fitter and slimmer than meat-eaters and are less prone to heart disease, strokes, diabetes, obesity and cancer.

“Vegans are also as compassionate as they are passionate: each person who goes vegan saves more than 100 animals a year from immense suffering on factory farms, in abattoirs and on the decks of fishing boats,” the organisation says.
