Well, now we’ve just found some more news of models getting involved in charity work having just discovered that Coco Rocha’s work in Haiti with LakayPAM – a non-profit organization that provides care for underprivileged children – is being turned into a documentary.

Back in February this year, Coco, along with Namibian model Behati Prinsloo and some friends, travelled to Haiti to help children in need with the charity. With them, the team brought ‘Letters to Haiti’; letters written by hundreds of people worldwide in effort to lift spirits.

While there, her husband film maker James Conran began making a documentary about the model’s charitable efforts, which according to Coco’s blog, ‘Oh So Coco’, is soon to be released!

On her blog, the model wrote: “Together with FLARE Magazine I’m proud to announce the exclusive event where I will premiere my new documentary, ‘Letters to Haiti’, on Thursday, October 13th. The film follows Behati Prinsloo and I as we visited Haiti, one year after a terrible earthquake ravaged the landscape.”

And for all of us that can’t make it to the event in person, ‘Letters to Haiti’ will be streamed live across Canada exclusively on FLARE.com at 8pm on October 13th.
