As Talent Management knows all too well, legendary fashion model Coco Rocha knows her poses inside and out. In fact, we’d go as far as to say she’s the posing queen, which got us wondering, just how many poses does it take to get that perfect cover shot?

Well now we can find out, and at the same time get some posing inspiration to pass onto our models for their next shoots.

Canadian stunner Rocha has just teamed up with Target to guest edit its Tumblr page this May, for which she posted a video called ‘The Making of a Cover Shot’.

In it she shows off some classic modelling poses, and throws in some not so classic moves, including jumps, twists, and waving her arms, and all while maintaining that perfect model face.
