Models Direct are please to welcome Talent Management’s new male model Caolan McClafferty who just recently signed with the modelling agency. Our blonde model Caolan has more talents than just modelling – he is also an experienced actor (working with broadcasting companies such as The BBC and HBO) and a budding writer!
The video above shows him in a episode called ‘Press Play’ by the group ‘Twisted Showcase‘, voted the top 25 web series by The Guardian. He is also in an upcoming webisode called “I’m in Love” in the same series.
Caolan describes himself as “A highly motivated individual who enjoys a challenge whether it’s off my own initiative or as part of a team. I take my career very seriously and practically live my life by it since I have started. I have been acting almost 3 years now and have enjoyed every minute! I am a keen writer in which I am currently writing a book of short stories which has publisher interests.”
As well as modelling, acting and writing, Caolan is a keen artist and is a bit of a whizz when it comes to computers – with qualifications in ICT and 3D modelling. The 5’11” Irish born and bred actor, who is currently situated in the UK, also has experience in directing, editing, and photography. But Caolan seems very modest and down to earth.
“I do not have an overly big ego, but I do know where my talent lies and I am not afraid to admit my good sides or flaws,” He told Models Direct.

Performed adaption of solo piece from ‘Aztec’ (1 hour) in front of live public audience.
Performed several parts in show, ‘First Call’ in front of public audience. (Locally written play).
Attended acting classes and I am very familiar with using a video camera (broadcast models).
