Today, the beauty lovers at Talent Management were excited to flick through the latest issue of ELLE to find out the 100 new and most sought after beauty products chosen for the ELLE Beauty Awards 2012.

The ELLE Beauty Awards 2012, which first launched in 2009, is the definitive guide to the best, new and innovative beauty product launches of the year.

Tried and tested by the most trusted experts in the beauty industry, including our own beauty models here at the agency, we always look forward to the latest list, which includes everything from make-up products to skincare ranges, fragrances, haircare and bodycare products!

ELLE’s Editor-in-chief Lorraine Candy says: “2012 has been a year of innovation and groundbreaking new beauty arrivals, and the ELLE beauty team, alongside our favourite and most trusted beauty experts, have tested, applied, spritzed and smoothed every new launch to bring you the 100 best in the 2012 ELLE Beauty Awards.”

The winning products in this year’s make-up range include: Dior Addict Extreme lipstick, £24, Rimmel London Volume Flash Scandal Eyes Mascara, £9.99, Burberry Sheer Eye Shadow, £22.50, Estee Lauder Invisible Fluid Make-up, £27 and Maybelline New York Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream, £7.99.

The top products in the skincare range enlist Soap & Glory Make Yourself Youthful Super Serum, £20, Shiseido Bio-performance Advance Super Revitalizing Cream, £75, Olay Regenerist 3-point Treatment Cream, £29.99, and YSL Forever Youth Liberator Cleansing Foam, £35 amongst many other designer and high-street skincare products.

The 16 of the best new scents in 2012 include Chanel Coco Noir EDP, £75 for 50ML as the best oriental perfume, Dior J’adore L’absolu EDP, £85 for 75ML as the Reader’s favourite floral perfume, Chloe L’eau De Chloe EDT, £46 for 50ML as the best citrus fragrance and Giorgio Armani Armani Code Luna EDT, £34 for 30ML as the best fashion fragrance.

As for the haircare products of 2012, the ELLE Beauty Awards listed Kérastase Elixir Ultimate Imperial Tea for Colour Treated Hair, £34.50 as best Anti-frizz product, Tigi Hair Reborn Deep Restoration Shampoo, £17.95 as best shampoo, Aveda Invati Thickening Conditioner, £21.50 as the Reader’s Favorite conditioner and L’oréal Paris Elnett Saltin Lumiere Hairspray, £3.56 as best of the miracle-making products in the industry.

Within the bodycare range, L’Occitane Ravissant Shower Gel, £13 was voted as the best body wash, Creme de La Mer the Reparative Body, £120 as the best body moisturiser and Garnier Ambre Solaire Golden Protect, £9.18 as the top the best sun protection cream, alongside several other top creams, self-tans and oil.
