Bar Refaeli Finds A Unique Way To Model Her New Lingerie Range
Talent Management loves Bar Refaeli’s fab new ‘under.me’ underwear range. The gorgeous Israeli model has proven that comfort can be cute and sexy by modelling items of mix and match sporty separates from the ‘under her’ collection that she designed herself, in a promotional video that went viral last week.
You may know Refaeli as a swimwear star who covered Sports Illustrated in 2009, or as Leonardo DiCaprio’s former girlfriend of six years. But today almost 700,000 consumers – and counting – know her as the model and designer that makes simple cotton underwear look amazing. View the video below to see what we mean!
“We love Bar Refaeli, and now we even love her more! What an absolutely rad promo video. Bar is stylishly sexy while playing tennis in her new underwear brand under.me,” says the video caption.
We have to agree. In the ad 26-year-old Bar wears a comfy looking white crop top and tom-boy style shorts to promote the new line that offers a refreshing alternative to women who like to include something ‘no fuss’ in their lingerie draw. In a statement on the website model-turned-designer Refaeli explained: “My underwear is the clothing article closest to my body, and as such, I want it to complement it and not steal the show. There is nothing better than simple, comfortable, quality clothing.
“I don’t want my clothes to define me. And that’s the idea behind under.me – a focused collection of beautifully-made basics that look good and feel amazing. That’s all I need. Because underneath my clothes lies the real me. Nothing else.”
And the collection isn’t just for women, there’s an ‘under him’ range that includes touchable tees and snug trunks too! Male models featured on the under.me website look great in the simple pieces.
“It’s been fantastic to be involved from the very beginning; designing what I believe is a premium yet affordable underwear range that is simple, comfortable and stylish,” Refaeli says of her experience as under.me designer. “I, like a lot of people, look and feel my best when I’m comfortable. Underneath my clothes is the real me and I want the underwear to compliment my figure not steal the limelight.”
