Unfortunately bad posture is causing many of us to suffer with health-related problems, such as back ache, which causes approximately five million work absences a year. · Don’t slouch. If you work at a desk, make a point of correcting your posture regularly by straightening your back and ensuring that both feet are flat on the floor. Your shoulders should be slightly back and your buttocks should touch the back of your chair – with weight distributed on both hips evenly.
