As if we didn’t love her already, America’s renowned accessories extrovert Lady Gaga has designed a “We Pray For Japan” prayer bracelet to raise Japan tsunami relief funds.
On her website, the singer wrote: “Little Monsters, show your support for Japan with this “We Pray For Japan” wristband!”
Featuring Gaga’s iconic claw symbol, the band is available for $5 at her web store and all proceeds go to Japan tsunami relief. You can also choose to add an additional donation with your purchase.
Amazingly, even though it isn’t available for shipping until the 25th March, Gaga fans across the world, who have pre-ordered the wristband, have already raised over $250,000, and that was at the beginning of the week! On Monday, Gaga tweeted: “Monsters: in just 48 hrs you’ve raised a quarter of a million dollars for Japan Relief. It’s important we help. X”
