You can always rely on Lady Gaga to get a party rocking so when modelling agency Models Direct heard that the singer/songwriter had given a typically unique and outrageous performance, with an unexpected bonus, to crowds at Children In Need Rocks we decided to get to the bottom of her fund raising techniques!

Lady Gaga kicked off her set in a classic 1950s style outfit; black wide-leg trousers and a black backless top. She had accessorised her outfit with lashings of pearls and finished the look with a grey-tinted Marylin Monroe inspired hair do. The world’s hottest singer/performer then went on to perform ‘Born This Way’ to a delighted, star studded audience of 14,000.

Supported by several scantily clad backing dancers Gaga followed her openning track with recent hit ‘Edge Of Glory’, introducing the track with the words: “I wrote this song for my grandad but tonight this song is for the children that don’t need to be alone.”

The savvy star insisted that more donations were made before delivering her final performance and it wasn’t long before the unusually demure looking singer was transformed into a far more familiar vision. Gaga’s trousers came off to reveal a G-string leotard and fishnet tights, giving the crowd a clear view of her bottom in the mirror behind her as she sang ‘Marry The Night’.

Models Direct would love to hear about any inventive ways in which you have been raising funds for Children In Need! Have you done something as daring as Gaga this year?
