Very easy to talk to and flexible. Everything was handled with minimum fuss and when more options were needed they were provided without delay.

Very well. It was technically challenging but everything came off perfectly.

Our model (Ingrid) did wonderfully. She was very professional and took direction well. I also think she had fun!

Very good, very responsive, although faxing paperwork back is very old fashioned and took some time.

Very well, Gillian arrived ½ hour early and so helped set up, nothing was too much trouble. She looked perfect and came with a number of outfits as requested. She was needed for most shots and stayed fresh and alert for the whole time.

Not really, although I was surprised that Gillian had travelled so far as I thought she was local.

How was your talent booker – friendly, efficient, quick?
Molly was very efficient, particularly given our tight deadlines and went above and beyond to help me in the production and budgets of the shoot. I particularly appreciated her speed to reply via email particularly when I am managing a few projects remotely although, admittedly, those were useful too and she was always on hand!

How did the assignment go on the day?
It was my first production shoot for the agency and it couldn't have gone better. The talent arrived promptly and were very prepared - Tania stocked up on lots of clothing options and felt they had been briefed expertly by Molly for what the day would entail. We wrapped ahead of time and even managed a few rays of sunshine!

How did our talent(s) perform, did they do a good job?
The Burton family were a delight to work with, such good sports considering the nature of the shoot and both myself and the client commented on their enthusiasm throughout the day and their ability to stay focused and full of energy. It's made for a really fantastic awareness video which the charity will be thrilled to promote !

Are there any changes you would like to see?
It would have been fantastic to have Molly on the shoot day as myself and the client were facilitating the family. That being said, it was also a positive having such close interaction with them, making feedback and direction a lot more effective.

Would you use us again, if so, why?

Absolutely; efficiency, to budget and also within the timeframes of our delivery dates. We're hoping to grow this client's relationship so will definitely be looking for more real life families in the future and would love to collaborate with Molly again.

Molly is always friendly, efficient and quick. On this particular occasion we required models with very short notice and Molly was able to get the assignment moving with only a week’s notice and find us exactly what we were looking for.

How did the assignment go on the day?
The models arrived early with no problems getting to the location. They were exactly what we were hoping for and made the shoot a breeze.

How did our talent(s) perform, did they do a good job?
The Brown family did exceptionally well considering it was their first assignment as a family. We shot in a variety of different locations and they took each scenario in their stride. In hindsight the 4-hour day was perhaps a little too much for the youngest member of the family, as you can tell towards the end that he was getting a little tired! This wasn’t a problem for us as we came away with plenty of great material anyway, but it is a learning curve for us for booking younger actors/models in the future.

Are there any changes you would like to see?
No, we are always really happy with the service that Molly and talent management give us.

Would you use us again, if so, why?
Definitely. We think that Molly is brilliant, and we are really pleased with the talent we have been able to find through her, they have fitted the briefs perfectly.
