How was your talent booker – friendly, efficient, quick? Very helpful, quick to reply and answered all queries without delay. Made the booking process very easy and additional photos of model just before the assignment provided further assurance. How did the assignment go on the day? Filming went very well. The model arrived early so we could start filming on schedule. How did our talent(s) perform - did they do a great job? The model was very professional, well prepared, arrived early and followed instructions well. Would you use us again, if so, why? Yes. How was your talent booker – friendly, efficient, quick? Molly was helpful and efficient throughout the whole process, especially considering the short turnaround we required! She even went out of her way to ring us with information she’d spotted that might have been crucial to our booking, after hours (I believe) How did the assignment go on the day? The assignment went really well, and we believe we have a great selection of photos for our needs, which include consumer brochures, website imagery, and social media graphics How did our talent(s) perform - did they do a great job? Both of the models were extremely professional, and lovely people to work with. They made the day a breeze, and got along with our whole team. We were amazed to find out that it was Koko’s first shoot, as he photographed amazingly, and had no trouble with doing any scenarios we required. Lydia was more than willing to accommodate any of our requests, and I think they’ll both do well in this career! Are there any changes you would like to see? I look forward to seeing Koko’s and Lydia’s profiles on the website updated once we are able to send through the images. I think this will really help to showcase their talent and hopefully get them jobs in the future. Would you use us again, if so, why We would absolutely use you again in future thanks to the prompt and efficient service provided. We have a second shoot planned for the coming months and will be in touch to arrange some models again.

How was your talent booker – friendly, efficient, quick? Very friendly, helpful, efficient, professional, easy to get hold of, no issues at all. How did the assignment go on the day? Really well. They had bought all costumes/props that we’d asked as per the specifications that we’d outlined, and were really patient with the inevitable waiting around that occurs on a shoot. All-in-all, very friendly and easy to work with. How did our talent(s) perform - did they do a great job? All delivered a confident performance – young Ava seemed particularly at home on camera. The whole family took direction well, even Sufi, who took a nap (seemingly on cue!) just in time for us to film a scene in which we needed one of the kids tucked up in bed! Would you use us again, if so, why? Yes – helped us get a family booked fairly last-minute, and gave us help where required on licencing etc.

We were very happy with Herb and Pat and look forward to sending over the brochure and finished images when they are finalised both to the agency and to Herb and Pat themselves. Overall we have had a great experience both with yourself and the models, we always received quick responses and communication was thorough which was helpful in this task. Both Herb and Pat worked well together and alongside our other models and it was fairly easy to get the shots we were aiming for with both. I would definitely say that if we were looking for models I would contact yourself again as the whole process has been very straight forward and any issues have been very minor. Kind regards Leanne

The shoot with Cherie was great – she was lovely to work with, quick to identify and understand what we wanted and made everything easy. How did our talent(s) perform, did they do a good job. Cherie looked fabulous and has a wonderfully warm personality that shines through in her work. A rare gift! Are there any changes you would like to see? How was your talent booker? I worked exclusively with Marie. She was at all times courteous, informative, timely and professional. Particularly as this was my first time using a modelling agency, I greatly appreciated Marie’s advice and patience.  How did the assignment go on the day? The assignment went exceedingly well.  How did the talent perform? Despite an awkward location and potentially complicated train/car connections, all of the models arrived on time. All were polite and appeared enthusiastic despite what turned into a long day. Ilyana in particular remained upbeat throughout and was engaged with the process at all times. As there were significant periods of time where the models were not immediately required, a number of them kept busy by offering to help in other ways. Due to unforeseen and tragic news, our make-up artist had to leave the assignment before all of her work was complete – Rameesah stepped up and, after discussing the design with myself and the artistic team, was able to create her own make-up look. The photographer was impressed by how well each model took direction and made the effort to understand the image he wanted to make. Overall, we were very satisfied with the professional attitude and performance of the models.  Would you use us again? Without hesitation. Marie provided advice and service that was top-notch, the process was easy to understand and straight-forward, the models were high-quality and professional, and the price was very competitive. Very good, very responsive, although faxing paperwork back is very old fashioned and took some time.

Very well, Gillian arrived ½ hour early and so helped set up, nothing was too much trouble. She looked perfect and came with a number of outfits as requested. She was needed for most shots and stayed fresh and alert for the whole time.

Not really, although I was surprised that Gillian had travelled so far as I thought she was local.
