Earlier this month, we told you how excited we were to see Lady Gaga make her modelling debut on the catwalk.

Well we’re happy to report that the 24-year old singer made one hell of an impression during Thierry Mugler’s fall-winter ready-to-wear fashion show.

Incredibly, Gaga effortlessly drew on her wealth of fashion experience and easily hopped onto the catwalk sporting a sheer black top and merely painted-on pencil skirt before navigating the catwalk effortlessly in teetering platform shoes. Even more easily than many of the professional models surrounding her.

Gaga paraded onto the catwalk at Paris Fashion Week puffing casually on a cigarette, billowing clouds of smoke towards the on looking mass of photographers before strutting off backstage prior to emerging in a superb all-white ensemble topped spectacularly with what can only be described as a lampshade hat.

Gaga exuded the classic confidence and quirkiness we have come to know and love. At one point whilst writhing against a column and flashing her bright red fingernails, she lapped up the media attention whilst marching literally to her very own drum. Her latest track, ‘Government Hooker’ was remixed for the beginning of the show.

Prior to the show, Gaga admitted that severe nerves had her on edge, “You have no idea how much respect I have for you and for all the models, which is why I’m so nervous.” But she later goes on to spin this positively, “If I vomit on stage, it will be good press.” Very much an all-or-nothing girl, Gaga promptly ordered Mugler’s entire collection shortly after the show!
