I was really looking forward to the job mainly because, we were not told who or what the scenario was about due to confidentiality agreement.
I was informed by Talent Management  it was a "well known energy company  So therefore I was intrigued and excited about what was to come.

Most enjoyable part of the shoot was getting to know everyone. As it was a small crew with only a couple of models, we all got on very well and in fact the photographer and I had a very good friend in common. So we had plenty to chat about.

I think in any new assignment you will always gain new skills and confidence IF you are prepared to listen.
If someone I knew was thinking about doing modelling, I would indeed recommend for them to go for it, especially if they had self confidence issues.

My advice would be to join an agency that you have good feedback from.
Talent Management has offered me the opportunity gain great experiences. This particular job I indeed, enjoyed immensely. Thank you.

At first, I was a bit nervous about what to do but when I met the people I was working with, I gained confidence and really enjoyed the day as well as  making new friends.

The assignment involved modelling  modern table and chairs by Steelcase furniture  whilst pretending to be students.

I would recommend joining an agency to anyone wanting to get in the industry, because it was a really enjoyable day and lovely meeting new people.

I joined Talent Management because I got told by a lot of people I should try modelling as I  have an unusual look. I look forward to my next assignment!

The day began with an early start, getting a train from Nottingham to Cambridge at 6 am.
As this was my first  modelling shoot I was nervous as well as tired, however as soon as I got to the venue I felt extremely welcome.
I worked with a young team of models from Talent Management, who were all nice and very easy to get on with.
The shoot consisted of us acting as students in a classroom, advertising Steelcase Furniture.
The producers were extremely keen on making the set look as futuristic as possible with iPhones and iMacs spread across the set. We kept getting told we were doing an amazing job and were able to finish early because of it.
It was an unforgettable experience and I throughly enjoyed it. To others new to the industry, I would advise to be optimistic, not everyone in the modelling world is strict and harsh as portrayed on  TV, also try and be your self , relax  and all should go well.
I've been with Talent Management under a year and have already been put forward for paid work. So this is a promising start. I hope this is the beginning of bigger and better things.

The day was fantastic. I was a little bit nervous before the assignment started but as soon as it started I was all fine. I had great fun and definitely would do something like this again.
I enjoyed every minute of the day but the most enjoyable was when I had to express feelings, this was really fun.
I was asked to pose as an office junior together with two more office colleagues. When the shots were taken I was asked to portray that I was very hot and angry because of the heat.
Taking part in assignment gives new life experiences and more confidence. I would recommend such experiences to everyone. It is so different from everyday  life and a real pleasure to meet new people and to be able to find yourself in new situations.
I would recommend  modelling  through an  agency such as Talent Management  as this gives you many  more opportunities and advice is always available if needed.
My dream is to become a professional model and Talent Management helps me to make my dream come true.

I had a really great time on my first commercial assignment, for Steelcase Furniture, I believe I have gained alot more confidence because of the people I was working with. I would recommend working with Talent Management as this is my 2nd job In the past month which is great and I can't wait for the next job. This really is a job to get up In the morning for.

Taking in a role as an actor for this Steelcase shoot,  was great fun, it gives you a chance to be someone that you are not normally which is great fun and very enjoyable. I was a bit nervous to start with but then I soon got into the part, relaxed and had fun . I'm always happy to act given the chance.

Acting as a professor of a college was good fun. I was mainly seeing that the students were doing there studies and listen to them interacting with each other about other assignments.
I like to think I always gain new skills  and continue to have more confidence in what I do.

I would recommend to others to give this a go,  being an actor will brings out a talent you didn't know that you had and show what character you have so  it's well worth while. Go for it!

Signing  up to and agency like  Talent Management is good, they are very helpful in so many ways and  they will get you going in the right direction so its definitely worth while. . I know that I need to do a bit to my portfolio which I hope to do very soon.

This was my first assignment so as expected I didn't really know what to expect and was a little nervous. Molly at Talent Management was very helpful though and gave me all the information I needed to prepare myself for the 2 day shoot for Bunzl Greenham. The brief was that I was modelling a new range of workwear which was also designed for recreational use.

Over the 2 days we shot about 25 short videos of me wearing different items of clothing in different scenarios which are going to be edited into a short advertising video for the brand.  Overall I really enjoyed the assignment and the team that I was working with were very helpful and friendly; they also took me out for a meal and booked me a room so I was well looked after!

This was a complete change to my day job and very refreshing to do something completely different; it made me realise that it's something I would enjoy to do in the future.  My advice would be just to jump straight in to any assignment your offered.  If you don't try you will never know so just go for it, I did and I don't regret a second!

It felt good to be booked for the DWP's latest advertising shoot.  I was required to portray a financial adviser whilst being photographed.  The people on the shoot were nice and friendly and I learnt some new skills, such as how to pose my hands. I would recommend this type of work to others as this assignment was most enjoyable - if you're not too shy, then go for it!  I signed up with Talent Management due to my ambition and to gain experience within the industry.

The assignment  was really fun and enjoyable. Any pre-shoot nerves were soon forgotten when I arrived because everyone was so welcoming, friendly and it just felt like a very relaxed atmosphere. Its definitely something I would like to do again as it involved role play, which is different to anything I've ever done before, it gives you and everyone involved the freedom to do what comes naturally to help create the images the photographers are looking for. The most enjoyable part for me would have to be when I was given  permission to knock a saucepan and mug off the desk and across the room so the photographer could get an action shot of the mug in mid air. Nobody got hurt, however we were one saucepan down after it smashed on the floor. The assignment was titled 'heated debate' and we were all given a role to play to help create an image showing confrontation, disagreements, accidents and spillages whilst a person
leading the meeting is trying to keep everyone calm and take control. I definitely gained more confidence, it's the same with anything you do, the more you do it the more confident you will become. I would recommend this to anyone looking to break into the industry because it can seem daunting at first but everyone is here to help, from Talent Management, the models you're working with, the hair and makeup team to the photographers etc. Its also a great opportunity to meet new people, network and  try new things.
I think its a very good move to join an agency because if you're like me, always struggling for time due to work commitments an agency like Talent Management is always actively looking for work for you and when a suitable opportunity arises or when a client is interested in booking you, they get in touch with the information. I personally joined Talent Management for that reason and because I wanted to gain experience in other areas of the industry not just modelling, that way I can be more versatile with the type of jobs and assignments I take on.

I enjoyed my assignment for Department for Work and Pensions through Talent Management in Sheffield.  I was only a bit nervous at first, thinking that I wouldn't be the right fit the assignment, but as soon as I arrived, the directors and other models made me feel welcome and comfortable and looked after me very well - also giving me instructions well too.  The assignment took place in a cafe which was closed for the day and myself and the other models were asked to act out different scenarios, such as posing as a waiter or a customer while photos were taken of us.  DWP will use the photos for advertising their welfare and pension policy. I did enjoy the assignment and I learnt a lot and the experience I gained from this assignment will benefit me for years to come, as well as the great amount of confidence I gained.  I would encourage people who are looking for modelling work to do it under Talent Management as the advisers look after you if you are stuck about anything and they have a lot of clients which increases of your chances of having regular work. I decided to join Talent Management having read good reviews about the agency and I have the ambition to succeed in this career under their guidance. Thank you Talent Management.

I decided to join Talent Management to become a model and gain experience in the industry.  So far so good - really happy!

I really enjoyed my experience of modelling on this assignment. I did feel nervous at the start but the role I had to play suited me well. I was supposed to be an a senior accountant, amongst  other participants. Everybody was very friendly and encouraging. All the other participants worked well as a team. The directors were very helpful and I learned a lot about portraying various emotions as suggested. Thank you Talent Management for the opportunity of being involved. I would be very happy to do this again.
I now feel I need to be more proactive in seeking roles and improving my e- portfolio.

What an Amazing experience I had going on location,  an adventure is how I would describe it, moving to different areas to shoo  felt a bit like being in a James bond film, so thrilling and exciting  not knowing what might come next .
At first,  I was a little bit nervous but then my nerves calmed down and  all went well.

I like to think I always  learn from my assignments in different ways  and that it helps my confidence to grow each time I do a assignment.

I really enjoy modelling,  it builds your confidence and  makes me feel like I am doing something worth while.

I think it is worthwhile joining an agency  such as Talent management, as they will help you in so many different ways and will be there to help and guide you.
Talent Management has helped me  to gain experience,  showcast my Talent and  to earn money from doing so. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my first job with Talent Management.  I got along with the other models as they were all around my age, so that was a bonus. I would strongly recommend Talent Management - I was very impressed with the communication between myself and Molly. I can't wait for my next job!

I went to the video shoot feeling very confident, despite it being very different from anything I've experienced before. I definitely enjoyed myself also was really good to meet some of the other models that are also with Talent Management, as for some of us it was our first shoot through the agency. Chris Chapman firstly got us all into a room for a quick briefing of the event and what he needed from us, which was to be in groups and act like a happy group of friends on a night out at this event. I was asked to walk down the road with another model towards the entrance of the event then greet another model with a friendly smile and a hug then walk in all together.  The most enjoyable part of the assignment was being able to enjoy the event on a personal level as well as professionally. There were some very interesting books and pictures on display which sparked up a lot of conversation between myself and other models.  I would most definitely work with the client again if the chance came up or if they are holding another event. I felt that the experience gave me new confidence when shooting a video and engaging with other models.

I would definitely recommend the experience to a friend or family member. The first bit of advice I would give is to believe in yourself and don't be afraid to try new things. If you feel comfortable in this field of work then you can definitely achieve big things when with a agency.  My e-portfolio has been getting a lot of views so I am currently in the process of getting some new photos to upload.  What made me decide to join to Talent Management was my drive/ambition to pursue a new career as modelling has always been a dream of mine. I feel very privileged to be a part of Talent Management and to receive the help I do .

Thank you,

Thoroughly enjoyable. Working with The National Lottery was great fun. I was told the work would be 1 hour and it was just 1 hour - they weren't joking!  I turned up, got dressed into my uniform for the job (chauffeur hat) and hopped into the car that was being shot. The public were encouraged to have pictures with me and the car, and the campaign was focused around lost EuroMillions tickets. The energy was great and all staff were smart and professional, and very well informed, polite and great fun all in all as a day overall. Thank you for the opportunity again Talent Management, I would do it all again tomorrow! Tommy Viles.

Beforehand I was partially nervous, this was only because I thought I wouldn't fit the part for the director(s); self doubt really!  But I was completely wrong, when I got there, the directors and other models made feel comfortable straight away. I wasn't nervous anymore. I leaned a lot about the gallery and met some really cool people; which was honestly  the most enjoyable part of the assignment and being in a environment I wasn't used to. My confidence definitely improved after this assignment therefore I would recommend it to others who like me were nervous but excited at the same time.

Advice I would give to someone would be to not think too much, keep an open mind approach to every assignment because this will keep you calm and believe me you'll love it more than you'd think!  Talent Management; I love you guys! I love you guys because all your advisers (Molly, Chloe etc) are AWESOME and really caring! I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

Really interesting day at a company making home lifts taking photos to use in their promotional material.
I worked as one half of a couple, the other half of which was also a Talent Management Model, whose experience immediately put me at ease.I learnt a lot about how to react to a camera but the abiding memory will be laughing a lot and basically having a fun day out.
It provided a fascinating insight into a completely new world for me and I am really looking forward to whatever the next Talent Management assignment holds.

I had lots of fun on this assignment. It was amazing to film with a green screen and deliver dialog direct to camera. It was fun and a challenge at the same time, Talent Management kept me fully informed around the location and the clients requirement making the whole experience so much more enjoyable. The client was very friendly and was keen to make sure we were all. Thank you for this experience!

Very enjoyable day doing something different.  I met some great people on set, and the cameraman and director were really friendly and professional.  I would highly recommend signing up to Talent Management regardless of age or experience.

I enjoyed the experience of modelling in a real world working environment - within a major NHS Hospital.  Thanks to Talent Management for the experience!

This was the second assignment that I have had from Talent Management, in which I had to play the part of a security guard for the NHS Professionals latest advertising material.  Everybody on set was really friendly and made me feel welcome. Talent Management organised everything extremely well once again - really looking forward to my next assignment!
