As the youngest daughter of Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall, it came as no surprise to Models Direct when Georgia May Jagger\u2019s face began popping up in advertising campaigns. We first noticed the 5’7″ model<\/a> in a Hudson Jeans advert back in 2009 and she has since worked for clients such as Chanel<\/em>, Rimmel<\/em> and H&M<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Georgia has also graced the covers of publications like Vogue<\/em>, i-D magazine<\/em> and Harpers Bazaar <\/em>and – alongside other unconventional beauties such as Lara Stone – she has helped to popularise the gap-toothed smile in a refreshing trend that shuns perfect, unnaturally white teeth.
\n<\/p>\n

With this impressive wealth of modelling<\/a> influence and experience behind her you could be forgiven for assuming that Georgia must have focused on breaking into the industry from quite a young age. Well apparently not. According to a report on contactmusic.com, Georgia had no ambitions to become a model<\/a> at all when she was growing up: “I was really not that into it. I always thought my mum was super-glamorous and I loved her clothes, but I was against modelling and would even make fun of it. Of course now, Mum’s like, ‘Ha, ha, told you’.”<\/p>\n

And what about the future? Georgia seems quite laid back about her longterm prospects in the business: “I still don’t expect it when I get jobs. I thought my own modelling career would be a bit of a phase because of my mum and Lizzie, who know what the industry is like. I just thought I’d model for one season. Sometimes models do last a long time, like my mum, but that’s not really very common.”<\/p>\n

But her career shows no sign of slowing down just yet, 20-year-old Georgia has just been named the new face of both Sunglasses Hut<\/em>, and Madonna and her daughter Lourdes Leon’s Material Girl<\/em> clothing line.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
