Who says you have to be peachy-faced teen to model? We at Talent Management<\/a> certainly don\u2019t and it seems Lindex don\u2019t either. Earlier this week, the Swedish brand announced that 39 year old actress Gwyneth Paltrow is fronting their upcoming spring campaign \u2018Modern Preppy\u2019.<\/p>\n

According to the Lindex blog<\/a>, the campaign was inspired by the sporty, relaxed lifestyle synonymous with preppy hotspots on America\u2019s East Coast, such as Long Island and the Hamptons, updated with a distinct Scandinavian touch \u2013 making ice-blonde stunner Paltrow the obvious choice.

\n\u201cWhen Gwyneth isn’t wearing elegant gowns on the red carpet, her style preference is stripes and \u2018casual chic\u2019. The decision to use her as Lindex’s model was an easy one, since she is practically synonymous with the Modern Preppy look,\u201d the company\u2019s bloggers said.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the first time the talented actor, singer and fashion icon has bagged a big modelling job \u2013 past campaigns include those for Estee Lauder, Korean fashion brand Bean Pole International, and more recently she\u2019s modelled a range of spring looks for online fashion retailer Net-a-Porter.<\/p>\n

Talent Management loves seeing age diversity on the modelling scene, and at nearly 40 years old, Paltrow looks better than most of the teen models<\/a> out there!<\/p>\n
