It gave us the kick start we needed, so where do we start to achieve a fit and healthy physique like the stunning Victoria\u2019s Secret <a href=\"http:\/\/www.modelsdirect.com\/become-a-model\" target=\"_blank\">models<\/a>\u2019?<\/p>\n<p>With a brand new series of The Fat Fighters, that\u2019s where.
