At the beginning of 2011, top models Edita Vilkeviciute, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Sasha Pivovarova and Lily Aldridge were all asked by Rag & Bone\u2019s Marcus Wainwright and David Neville to take a camera away and pose\/shoot their own campaign shots, and now Hanneli Mustaparta is joining them!<\/p>\n

At the time, Talent Management thought this D.I.Y. project turned out great, especially given the diversity of the images \u2013 some girls ended up in the shower, others at the beach, and Lily Aldridge just took to the tequila!<\/p>\n

So how creative did Norwegian fashion model<\/a> turned blogger Hanneli get with the camera? Yesterday, Rag & Bone released all of Hanneli\u2019s self-shot pics that chart her travels in London, Paris, New York and Sweden, and we\u2019ve been happily browsing through them. Our favourite, though, has to be this one showing the model arms out wide outside of a cottage in the Swedish countryside, with a peak of her dog Catrine enjoying the landscape in the corner!<\/p>\n

\u201cI wanted to shoot the pictures in a snapshot kind of way, to freeze the moments for a little bit,\u201d she told<\/a> Style.com. \u201cThe only way I could shoot them was to bring the bag with the Rag & Bone clothes with me while travelling to London and Paris for fashion week, then to Norway and Sweden and then back to New York again. Doing the shots was a nice break from the usual fashion week extravaganza.\u201d<\/p>\n

Taking photos of yourself or having friends and family shoot you is great experience and a fantastic way to develop your poses, looks and familiarly with the camera.<\/p>\n
