Lara Stone On Vogue Paris Cover<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Ever since Emmanuelle Alt was appointed as Vogue Paris Editor-in-Chief, everyone here at Talent Management has been wondering what direction the magazine will now go in.<\/p>\n

Well we found out just that when Alt spoke to Vogue’s Mark Holgate about photographers, models and content.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to keep the quality, the photographers we work with \u2014 David [Sims], Mert and Marcus, Mario [Testino], and Bruce Weber,\u201d she told Holgate.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think there should be radical changes. The magazine should still be chic and sophisticated. It\u2019s a bit like buying an apartment: Before you move in, you have all these plans of what you are going to do, but then you get there, and you realize it is better to spend time living in it, and transforming it over time.<\/p>\n

The ex- fashion stylist added that she\u2019d like there to be \u201cmore French girls, more French lifestyle\u201d and more beauty trends in the magazine – similar to Vogue back in the eighties.<\/p>\n

Alt also commented on the magazine\u2019s future cover girls \u2013 the bit Talent Management is most interested in – suggesting that her focus is on models as opposed to celebrities.<\/p>\n

\u201cDaria [Werbowy] is the girl I work with the most. She has a natural, strong beauty. You can put her in a white tee and she will make it look fantastic. I like Kate [Moss] too, because she cares about clothes. Most models don\u2019t care what you put them in, they just play the game.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although, she did add that she\u2019d be \u201cvery happy to put an actress on the cover if she is the right girl\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
