We\u2019ve taken a look into the lives of models Rob<\/a>, Ocean<\/a>, Charlotte<\/a>, BB<\/a>, Jay<\/a> and Jesse<\/a> from Dirty Sexy Things\u2019, and now we\u2019re now checking out Ariella. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The self proclaimed tom boy with the blonde Barbie looks started out in the industry as a teen model<\/a>, having kicked off her modelling career at just 14 years old.<\/p>\n

Describing herself as a \u2018serial nomad\u2019, Ariella lived in several European countries before she was scouted outside Oxford Circus station in London. Despite the fact she \u2018lost\u2019 this scout\u2019s business card, she promptly decided to get in touch with a modelling <\/a>agency<\/a> after deciding that she could \u2018really use the cash!\u2019<\/p>\n

Now a very successful editorial and commercial model<\/a>, Ariella\u2019s London clients include Selfridges, Tom Ford, L’Oreal and Matches. She has also walked in shows for Guess and Gai Mattiolo in Milan, Guess by Marciano and Gomez Gracia in Paris.<\/p>\n

But what has Ariella\u2019s favourite job been in her modelling career been so far? \u201cIt was a cover shoot with an amazing ten page editorial by Juan Trujillo for Super Sweet magazine which was in London and in Thailand. He’s this amazing Spanish photographer. We had three layers of lighting and there were extra lights and shadows and shapes. It was the most difficult thing ever because my make up was melting, I was hot, I couldn’t see because I was blinded by the projector in my eyes and he’s telling me to make these shapes and we had one day to get a cover shot and ten different shots and all of it with different clothes, different hair, different styling, different accessories.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite being a ladylike model on set, it seems Ariella is somewhat of a tomboy, as she reveals a side to her that many wouldn\u2019t regard as classic model behaviour: \u201cI grew up with three boys and we raced motorbikes and scooters. I’m a total petrol head. I learnt to fly an airplane when I was fourteen. I love fast machines. I love fast cars. I am such an adrenaline junkie. I’ve done bungee jumps in New Zealand. I love the rush.\u201d<\/p>\n
