I\u2019m almost 38 and I started using the creme and the serum and I do see the difference. I\u2019m a connoisseur of products; I try everything and I\u2019ve learnt that less is more. You need to have a good regimen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Continuing, she outlines other activities she indulges in to slow down the ageing process: \u201c[Protection from the] sun is the biggest. Wearing a hat, drinking water, eating well. You can take the components that are in the [Re-Nutriv] cream internally: I take [antioxidant] resveratrol in capsules and alpha lipoic acid and omegas. I have a big bag of vitamins,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n<p>But what of Murphy\u2019s diet? Is it typical of a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.modelsdirect.com\/become-a-model\" target=\"_blank\">model<\/a>\u2019s? \u201cI have been extreme in the past,\u201d she says, \u201cbut I think it\u2019s unrealistic and boring just to eat vegetables all the time. Happiness is the biggest part to being beautiful and feeling good inside, so if you\u2019re taking care of your body you\u2019re obviously going to feel good.
