But it isn\u2019t all fun and games and there are a lot of things to consider before signing up with any teenage modelling agencies. Every client has specific criteria to fill when they run casting calls, so make sure your profile is an accurate representation of you. There is no need at all to try and be someone you aren\u2019t because you will just end up wasting your time going to castings you aren\u2019t right for.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Being able to convey expressions when prompted, and follow direction is more important than appearance in most of the time.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Join More Than One Agency<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The more teenage modelling agencies who sign you up, the more likely you are to get modelling jobs. Remember you can turn down anything you don\u2019t feel comfortable with, and speak with the agency before you join so you know exactly what will be expected of you. You\u2019ll be able to add to your portfolio, and get some practise being directed and working in front of a camera. There is less pressure because you\u2019re not trying to get a job or working for an advertising campaign.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The photographer will get practise working with a model and giving direction, and they\u2019ll be able to sell the prints if they want to, so the process is mutually beneficial.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Speak to them before and make sure it\u2019s okay for you to bring a someone with you \u2013 if it isn\u2019t, don\u2019t even consider meeting them.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>It Is A Job, After All<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">You will be expected to be professional if you pick up any modelling jobs, but no one will expect you to know exactly what to do. Whether it\u2019s a photo shoot or there is filming involved, you\u2019ll be given plenty of guidance. As long as you\u2019re polite and hardworking, you\u2019ll find you get along fine in the modelling world.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">You\u2019ll learn quite quickly what photographers and directors are asking for, and the more experience you get the more confident you\u2019ll become.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Speak To Your Parents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As a teenager you will need to have parental permission to sign up with any reputable talent or teenage modelling agencies, so make sure you talk through the process with mum and dad.
