Talent Management Modelling Was A \u201cBrilliant\u201d Experience For Shujaa<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Feedback about Talent Management modelling<\/a> is something that we value highly here at the agency. It gives our models a chance to share their TM assignment experiences and reassures our coordinators that they\u2019re doing the best for those whom they represent. 20-year-old male model Shujaa recently wrote to us about some modelling work for FIFA that was arranged via Talent Management, and we were pleased to hear him say how much he had enjoyed it.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt first I was nervous, as I didn\u2019t know what to expect given that
\nthis was my first assignment, but meeting the Action Images team and
\nthe other models made it really easy for me to just get on with the
\njob.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe best part of the assignment was having the pictures taken and
\nacting out scenarios – the experience as a whole was brilliant. The
\nassignment was for the FIFA 2014 World Cup campaign. We were asked to
\nwear colours of the teams that were participating as well as having
\nour faces painted. Once we were all dressed up we had to pretend to
\ncelebrate a goal, or jump in the air etc – acting like fans would at a
\nreal game.<\/p>\n

\u201cI gained a lot of confidence, as the team made it really
\neasy for me to be myself and just get on with it. I would definitely
\nrecommend my experience to others, in fact I already have because I
\ngot a lot out of it, and it would be nice if others could so as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would highly advise anyone pursuing a career in the talent industry
\nto join an agency, as it just makes the whole process much easier and
\nfor a fraction of the cost. My main reason for joining up with Talent
\nManagement was because my friends told me I should do modelling and
\nthis agency was very appealing to me. I don\u2019t regret it one bit.\u201d<\/p>\n
