Here at Models Direct<\/a> we are big fans of the gorgeous and talented actor Colin Farrell. He has become known for some brilliant performances in films such as In Bruges<\/em>, Alexander<\/em> and the more recent Horrible Bosses<\/em> and Seven Psychopaths<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The 37-year-old has played a diverse range of characters over the years and proven his skill as an actor in genres from thriller to comedy. But who knew about Farrell\u2019s modelling past? We had no idea until we spotted a story about it on Gay Star News<\/a> this week!<\/p>\n

It appears to be no accident that most of us have never seen this image resulting from a \u201c20 dollar\u201d shoot before now. It shows the heart throb as a teenager with a bad hair cut, in an unfortunate outfit and, though he took it in good humour, Farrell didn\u2019t exactly seem proud when Jay Leno asked Naomi Campbell to review the black and white shot live on \u2018The Tonight Show\u2019 this week.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s kind of an old fashioned type of swimsuit, it\u2019s erm, you know, it\u2019s err, not showing too much…\u201d she said cautiously, before adding, \u201cThe stance was not good Colin, it really wasn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

Farrell agreed: \u201cIt\u2019s wrong in so many ways we just don\u2019t have time. Seriously, god bless me, I was 17, it was 20 dollars, what are you going to do?\u201d<\/p>\n

Campbell finally blurted out \u201clove your legs\u201d and exploded into laughter but Farrell didn’t seem too ruffled or surprised by this reaction.<\/p>\n
