A favourite in the Talent Management<\/a> offices, Adele is living proof that dreams can come true. After a confident appearance at the 2011 BRIT awards, we look at Adele’s route to success and how others can follow in her footsteps.<\/p>\n

Despite the absence of any 2011 nominations, this has been an outstanding year for singer Adele. Later performing an incredible moving rendition of \u2018Someone Like You\u2019 in a glittery black ensemble at this year\u2019s BRIT awards, she strolled confidently along the red carpet before the awards began. \u201cI love being here, it\u2019s thrilling, honestly. I know that\u2019s a big word for me but it is thrilling,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Her most recent album \u201821\u2019 stormed its way to the top of the charts, peaking at number one. In addition, her single \u2018Rolling in the Deep\u2019 remains firmly in the top 5 more than a month post release. Both single and album have been highly acclaimed for portraying a much more mature range of work in comparison to her debut album, the aptly named \u201819\u2019, and it looks as though her streak of success is likely to continue.<\/p>\n

Having auditioned successfully for the Brit School, Adele is proof that getting a little extra confidence together and heading along to singing and acting auditions can quite literally turn your life around. \u201cIt had free rehearsal rooms and free equipment and I was listening to music all day, every day for years,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Due to open on the 4th September, Adele\u2019s tour is headed for a wealth of popular British venues including London\u2019s Royal Albert Hall and the Newcastle O2 Academy.
\nPerforming Arts schools such as the Brit school, provide key opportunities for talented individuals looking for a singer\u2019s agent. Many talent agencies will approach such establishments and present lucky students with life-changing offers, Adele of course being the definitive proof of this.<\/p>\n
