Damian
With my wife, Suzy, I am committed to bringing talent on to 'The World Stage'® and launching Talent Management® agents worldwide. With experience in business development, including the creation and development of Models Direct - Europe's leading modelling talent and promotional agency - we have designed, built and are launching the TM agency network, supported by a strong team of great people whom we are proud to introduce to you.
The team and I are here everyday - Talent Management® is not some anonymous cyber-space business - we are about people, so you are most welcome to visit in person, to meet and work with us, if you would like to share in the business of bringing talent and hirers together.
TM is about the now, the talent, the hirers, our business is your business. 'There's no business like show business!'
Suzy
I have a theatrical and musical background and am registered as a voice-over artist. With my husband Damian I co-Founded Models Direct, and since 1990 we have developed it into Europe's leading modelling talent agency for Men, Women and Children interested in photographic, film television and fashion work.
Talentmanagement.com is the result of a thorough understanding of what talent and hirers need from an entirely new, interactive online system with local agent support. We have brought together expertise from around the world, from the Internet, computing, modelling, music, theatre and management industries, to creating a fantastic and exciting business for all concerned - talent, hirers and agents.
Dave
For a large part of my working life I was involved in international sales for an American electronics group. I've also worked in the leisure and charity sectors. I've always been involved with computers, and that's what I do now - all aspects of hardware and software support as a member of the Talent Management® US and UK Founding concept to development team for more than eight years. I'm in to archaeology, travel, aviation and photography.
Andrew
My role in the Talent Management® team is to provide our actors, singers, dancers, musicians, entertainers and clients with online features and benefits utilizing the latest developments in web site technology. My team and I enjoy the challenge of bringing together big ideas, cutting edge technology and the exciting, constantly evolving talent industry.
Jane
I come from a TV and media background, having spent several years working within the local TV and radio industries. I am now a musician playing for festivals, concerts and education workshops and I am currently working on a music soundtrack for local theatre. I love the vibrant, energetic environment here at Talent Management® and enjoy interviewing potential actors, singers, dancers, musicians, entertainers, hearing about their experiences and presenting them for assessment. We have a fantastic team of staff and can provide a unique service to our clients. With all my production experience I have an active, working knowledge and understanding of clients and their assignment requirements and find it so rewarding searching and securing talent for their bookings.
Clifford
I am highly qualified in the talent sector, having achieved a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature, a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, a Postgraduate Diploma in Voice Studies, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Technical Translation. I work as an actor and model, and run speech, language and singing coaching programmes. I am contributing as part of the Talent Management® team bringing together talent, hirers with state of the art technology through developing the TM Agent network. I can offer assistance with voice and dialect coaching, coaching actors and singers in English, teaching phonetics and voice production, and personal and professional development.

I have more than 30 years in the Banking Industry and look after the administrative side and I am a good listener. I enjoy the day to day contact with talent and will be here to meet, greet and introduce you to the team during your Head Office visit.
