Having problems logging in?
Please check the following:
1, You need to know your log-in and password details. Click here to be emailed a reminder.
2, Copy the User ID and paste it in to the Username box on the Talent Management® web site. If you do now know how to 'Copy and Paste' simply type it in to the Username box.
It is extremely important to 'Copy and Paste', or type in the box EXACTLY what is in the reminder email - it MUST contain NO extra spaces and where a capital letter has been used you MUST use a capital letter.
Remember some letters/numbers look the same eg 0 (zero) and the letter O so it is important you type your details in correctly.
If your log-in is H123456 only this will work, h123456 will not work because of the lowercase 'h'.
3, Repeat the same process for your password - making sure you 'Copy and Paste', or type exactly what you have been sent, remembering to watch for any extra spaces that may creep in.
